We are looking for an FX Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide execution services for FX-related trades, support platforms, and contribute as FX specialist input for other bank projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to FX revenue targets through the execution of FX trades
  • Execute all internal and external FX cash and derivative trades
  • Provide advisory services to Relationship Managers and clients where required
  • Use various counterparties' dealing tools, in-house applications
  • Knowledge of front-to-back booking flows
  • Participate in driving improvement in efficiency of the FX execution business through the delivery of enhancements of current tools and potentially implementation of other tools
  • The candidate will also be expected to cover odd shifts when a team member is on leave
  • Other ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a similar role
  • Fast and accurate dealing acumen
  • Strong commercial acumen, focused on enhancing customer experience while delivering significant improvements in revenue, productivity, and efficiency
  • Experience with E-trading platforms preferably gained in established banks
  • Knowledge of FX or other trading businesses
  • Ability to grasp details and identify process gaps to provide solutions
  • Knowledge of data analytics to drive targeted advisory and embark on learning clients' trading journeys
  • Ability to work with different stakeholders to support projects
  • Programming skills (e.g., VBA, Python) and familiarity with SQL are preferred

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Preferred certifications: FMRP, CACS 1 & 2, RES12B (RES1B + RES2B) + CM-CMP (CM-SIP + CM-EIP)
