Key Responsibilities

The role involves delivering trade ideas, driving investment themes, and providing market direction to frontline teams. You will also handle client FX requests, train and support Client Advisors, and act as the in-house FX expert.

Additionally, you will ensure access to a full range of FX offerings, manage relationships with FX counterparties, and maintain compliance with regulations and internal policies.

Sales & Communication
  • Share FX trade ideas, market insights, and sales tools with RMs and investment consultants.
  • Contribute to internal/external publications and develop marketing materials.
  • Make timely market calls to help the frontline manage client positions.
Project Ownership
  • Lead all FX-related projects end-to-end, including system changes and process improvements.
  • Support related Structured Product projects.
  • Ensure client-facing documents and product processes meet high standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong knowledge of FX markets and analysis.
  • Experience in FX sales, advisory, and platform management.
  • A full understanding of product lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with financial markets, portfolio construction, and risk management.
  • Some experience in project management and systems/process handling.
  • Exposure to Structured Products is a plus.
  • A good understanding of legal and regulatory matters.
  • Fluency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
  • CACS certification.
