Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a diligent individual to join our team as a Condominium Residences Maintenance Staff. As a member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and providing a pleasant environment for residents within the condominium premises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining cleanliness of building floor areas such as lifts and lift lobbies
  • Cleaning of lift panels, glass panels, and letterboxes to ensure they are free of dirt and grime.
  • Ensuring common rubbish bins are cleared on a regular basis.
  • Cleaning and packing of cleaning equipment for next day usage.
  • Notifying the supervisor of any matters or feedback when necessary.
  • Carrying out any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Applicants without experience are welcome to apply
  • Able to work overtime hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team
  • Prior experience in cleaning within a condominium setting is an added advantage
