The Opportunity
We are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of Customer Experience Recover Strategy Program Manager. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of our compensation strategy and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement TikTok Shop's global compensation strategy, focusing on user experience and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and improve the compensation system and product capability construction.
- Research and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in compensation strategy and e-commerce platforms.
- Provide guidance and support to regional teams on compensation strategy and implementation.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or above.
- 4+ years of experience in compensation strategy, customer success, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
