The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Digital Engagement Leader. In this role, you will lead the strategy, development, and ongoing management of our digital engagement platform.

Your responsibilities will include defining platform requirements, selecting technology partners, overseeing development, and managing ongoing maintenance and enhancements. You will also develop and execute innovative digital engagement programs that increase customer stickiness, drive cross-sell opportunities, and support customer acquisition goals.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with our mobile app team to ensure seamless integration of the digital engagement platform with the mobile app, leveraging mobile-specific features and functionalities to enhance the customer experience.
