Job Overview

Optimize client banking systems and processes to drive efficiency and innovation as a Business Analyst.

Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability, ensuring strong cross-functional teamwork and alignment to project goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Project Lead to drive strategic initiatives as part of the organization's roadmap and strategy.
  • Support the project lifecycle from requirement scoping, designing, technical construction, user acceptance testing, training, documentation and implementation.
  • Analyze business operations and systems within the banking sector, focusing on Loan and Trade, GIRO and FAST, Bank internal data interface systems.
  • Assess technical feasibility and design solutions from both business and system perspectives.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across Japan, Singapore, and APAC regions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or Computer Science.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in defining requirements and analysing business data as a Business Analyst and in designing, specification formulation, and technical construction as a System Analyst.
  • Effective communication skills for all levels of stakeholders (technical and non-technical teams) in English.
  • Strong team collaboration skills.
