Job Title: Strategic Systems Integration Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business System Analyst to drive business growth and success through strategic analysis and system implementation. The successful candidate will play a vital role in our organization, engaging with various banking systems, including core banking, front-office, back-office, reporting, and regulatory systems.

  • Analyze complex banking operations and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
  • Develop and document comprehensive business requirements as a Business Analyst and assess technical viability and design solutions as a System Analyst.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create detailed diagrams and documentation that articulate business needs and proposed system changes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in business analysis, with a strong background in requirements gathering and documentation.
  • Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in at least one of the following domains: Foreign Exchange (FX), Money Market (MM), Derivatives, Bonds, FAST, or GIRO payments, and Cross-border (XB) or MEPS payments.
