Senior Information Security Specialist

This role involves providing strategic guidance and oversight to the bank's information security posture, ensuring that our systems and data are protected from emerging threats.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective risk governance strategies for technology, information, and cyber risks.
  • Lead thematic reviews and risk assurance testing to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance controls and processes related to banking services and fintech initiatives.
  • Provide expert advice on risk mitigation options and recommend policies to support industry-leading practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements in the field of information security.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, or CRISC) would be advantageous.
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.
  • More than 7 years of relevant experience in technology, information, or cyber risk management, information security, or IT audit within the financial services industry.
  • Proficient in risk management, IT governance, and information & cyber security standards.
  • Good knowledge and experience in managing legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to technology, information, or cyber risk domains.
  • Good written and communication skills, as well as solution-oriented abilities.
