Drive Membership Growth
We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated professional to join our team as a Membership Growth Specialist. The successful candidate will play a vital role in driving membership plans, cultivating partnerships, and implementing engagement initiatives to enhance the value proposition for our members.
- Manage new member intake and processing, including eligibility and take responsibility for the entire process.
- Develop and implement outreach programs aligned with established goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch and implement new corporate membership programs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain accurate records.
- Utilize productivity tools (MS Office) and CRM to efficiently handle concurrent tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Drive sales growth through effective membership strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Oversee the development of new products/services to drive membership department growth.
- Coordinate logistics, invitations, and communications for events related to membership and partnerships.
