Seller Governance Strategy Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Seller Governance Strategy Specialist to join our team. This global role involves designing and implementing seller performance requirements and policies related to onboarding, seller performance, seller services, and seller funds management.

This position requires strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to balance business needs with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in program management, with a proven track record of driving results through cross-functional collaboration.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement strategies to improve seller satisfaction and mitigate risks. You will also be responsible for developing effective intelligence and business insight strategy based on analysis and assessment of business and seller satisfaction scores.

  • Main Responsibilities:

    1. Design and implement seller performance requirements and policies

    3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive results

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

  • Experience in program management, with a strong track record of driving results
