Housekeeping Team Lead
">We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Housekeeping Team Lead. This role will be responsible for managing a team of housekeeping staff in the provision of housekeeping services in a hospital setting.
">The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising teams and ensuring excellent service delivery. They should also be able to analyze data and recommend work improvement programs, develop good working relationships with customers, and manage budgets effectively.
">Responsibilities:

Supervise a team of housekeeping staff and ensure they are equipped to provide high-quality services.
">">Meet or exceed contractual key performance indicators (KPIs).
">">Analyze data and information from systems and recommend work improvement programs.
">">Develop strong working relationships with customers and participate actively in committees and special activities/projects.
">">Manage budgets effectively and maintain accurate records.
">">Plan and select appropriate equipment and/or technologies and supplies for smooth delivery of services.
">">Manage work schedules and deploy manpower efficiently.
">">Recruit, schedule, and ensure orientation and training for all new housekeeping staff members.
">">E nsure occupational safety and health standards are maintained and orientate all staff with a safety mindset.
">">Prepare monthly reports and analyze KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
">">Put up incident reports and manage major incidents and emergencies in collaboration with relevant people.
">">Ensure all work activities comply with regulatory requirements.
">">Possess strong leadership and supervisory skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, sound planning, problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, and a proven track record in leading a large team.
">">Be passionate about operational management and committed to delivering quality service.
">">Believe in people development and investing in resources to achieve desired outcomes.
">">Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in relevant discipline.
">">At least 5 years of working experience in healthcare and logistic services operations.
">">Prior experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
">">Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.
