Housekeeping Operations Manager

An exciting opportunity has emerged to lead the daily shift operations of Housekeeping and Internal Laundry. As a Housekeeping Operations Manager, you will direct and work with employees to ensure property guestrooms, public space, and employee areas are clean and well-maintained.
You will be responsible for completing inspections, holding people accountable for corrective action, and ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Managing Guestroom Status: Ensures timely and efficient communication with the Front Desk regarding guest room status.
- Collaboration with Engineering Department: Works effectively with the Engineering department on guestroom maintenance needs.
- Supervising General Cleaning Schedule: Supervises the property's general cleaning schedule to ensure optimal cleanliness standards.
