Job Title: Delivery Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project delivery teams in the execution of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and develop strategies for successful project delivery.
  • Determine resource allocation and assign tasks to team members based on their skills and availability.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scope statements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Commercial cloud certification, such as AWS practitioner or solution architect.
  • Strong self-organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and maintaining professionalism in communication.
  • Familiarity with Data Management, Business Intelligence, or Analytics tools.
  • Ability to negotiate and execute contracts with vendors.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Data Management: Experience in designing, implementing, and managing data management systems.
  • Business Intelligence: Familiarity with business intelligence tools and techniques for data analysis and reporting.
  • Analytics: Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to inform business decisions.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience in agile project management and software development methodologies.
  • Cloud Computing: Commercial cloud certification and experience in cloud computing platforms.
