Travel Retail Education Manager

Our organization is seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Travel Retail Education Manager. This role will play a pivotal part in elevating the retail experience across South Asia's travel retail sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful learning experiences that drive both personal growth and commercial success. They will work closely with field supervisors to monitor team performance, deliver targeted coaching sessions, and implement innovative e-learning strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to champion best practices in customer engagement
