Job Title: Waste Collection Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Waste Collection Specialist to join our team. As a Waste Collection Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of waste.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate company vehicles for collection and transportation of waste.
  • Maintain adherence to all traffic regulations and practice defensive driving habits.
  • Verify proper containers, bins, drums, etc., are used to hold waste for safe transportation.
  • Perform daily routine maintenance checks on company vehicles.
  • Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and LTA's inspection requirements.
  • Assist in collecting waste from clients' premises.
  • Unload, segregate, and store waste while adhering to plant safety protocols and observing safe work practices.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Class 4/5 truck driving license.
  • Excellent knowledge of traffic rules and regulations.
  • Ability to perform operator-level maintenance tasks.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical stamina to withstand the physical demands of the job.
