Job Opportunity: Waste Collection Specialist

  • Assist in the collection of waste materials and recyclables from municipal and industrial premises, adhering to strict environmental regulations.
  • Guide the driver during the collection process, including vehicle reversing operations.
  • Dispose of waste/recyclables to designated material recovery facilities or authorized disposal sites.
  • Restore work areas to a safe and clean state after spills or other hazards, ensuring a secure working environment.
  • Properly handle equipment and receptacles, maintaining their efficiency and longevity.
  • Ensure vehicles are cleaned and washed daily, upholding high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

  • Physical fitness is essential for this role.
  • Ability to work effectively in an outdoor environment with varying weather conditions.
