Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Warehouse Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods and materials
• Issue items from the store accurately and promptly, based on job or department requests
• Maintain accurate stock records using inventory management systems
• Perform regular stock checks and ensure proper documentation of all stock movements
• Keep the storeroom clean, well-organized, and compliant with safety regulations
• Ensure safe handling and proper storage of materials and equipment
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments for stock availability and delivery matters
• Assist in purchasing or collection of spare parts and consumable items when necessary
• Support in monthly stock-taking and annual audits
• Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in storekeeping, logistics, or warehouse operations
• Familiar with stock control procedures and basic inventory systems
• Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Meticulous, organized, and proactive with strong attention to detail
• Positive working attitude, willing to learn, and able to work independently
• Able to communicate effectively in English (both verbal and written)
• Physically fit and capable of lifting or moving goods
• Possession of a valid Class 3 Driving License is a must
• Forklift license is an advantage (but not mandatory)
