Simulation and Modelling Expert

As a Simulation and Modelling Expert, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable, and more connected world.

The role involves undertaking projects that embed simulation into our design and process workflows to deliver a competitive advantage. This position is based at our Singapore HQ.

We work with cross-functional teams to identify key areas of improvement and develop technologies impacting all segments.

  • Assist with projects to create multi-physical models targeting our product design and manufacturing needs.
  • Evaluate, develop, and apply multi-physics solutions using commercial software and advanced numerical methods.
  • Create awareness across the organisation of the modelling and simulation capabilities of the Singapore centre.
  • Collaborate with local and global sites, external customers, and vendors to address urgent or strategic needs.
  • Assist with validation and knowledge sharing.

This role requires strong technical skills in simulation and modelling, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key qualifications include:

  • PhD or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. mechanical engineering, computer science).
  • Strong background in simulation and modelling techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
