**Job Overview**

We are seeking an R&D Scientist/Engineer to join our specialized simulation and modelling team. The successful candidate will collaborate with R&D team members, business partners, local universities, and government research centers.

The role involves undertaking projects that integrate simulation into our design and process workflows to deliver a competitive advantage. This position is based at our headquarters.

Our organization works with the CTOs of our Business Units to identify key areas for R&D and develop technologies impacting all segments.

To enhance our New Product Development process, we are expanding our simulation and modelling capabilities as part of our Digitalization strategy to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and accelerate time to market.

**Key Responsibilities**

Assist with projects to create multi-physical models targeting our product design and manufacturing needs.

Evaluate, develop, and apply multi-physics solutions using commercial software and advanced numerical methods.

Create awareness across our organization of the modelling and simulation capabilities of our centre.

Collaborate with local and global sites, external customers, and vendors to address urgent or strategic needs.

Assist with validation and knowledge transfer.
