Job Title: Price Set Specialist

Pricing Specialist Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled specialist to act as the primary point of contact for all price set requests within the department. The specialist must process these submissions accurately, efficiently, and professionally through thorough document review, meticulous data computation, and effective stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities include tracking submission requests, preparing and computing submission forms with attention to detail, reviewing documents for accuracy and adherence to pricing guidelines, routing submissions with proper endorsement, managing rejected submissions, generating regular reports on submissions status and performance, identifying independent pricing opportunities, conducting in-depth pricing analysis, and supporting data preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process price set requests effectively
  • Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders
  • Manage rejection and resubmission processes
  • Develop strategic pricing opportunities
  • Support operational tasks

Requirements:

  • Diploma with background in Engineering or business/finance exposure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data analysis)
  • Experience with SAP system
  • Basic understanding of technical drawings advantageous
