Electrical Supervisor Job Summary

Overview:

The Electrical Supervisor is a leadership role responsible for overseeing electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on railway projects.

Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards, coordinating with project teams and subcontractors to meet deadlines, planning and scheduling work assignments, supervising and mentoring electrical technicians and contractors, reviewing and approving electrical designs and plans, monitoring system performance, carrying out inspections and testing, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and equipment used in railway systems
  • Experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant certifications or licenses
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery
