Railway Project Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to oversee the planning, execution and delivery of rail projects ensuring timely completion within specified quality standards while prioritizing safety and compliance with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and review project plans designs specifications for railway systems including SCADA COMMS Signalling Electrical Systems Civil works Supervise installation termination conduct testing commissioning activities Resolve technical operational challenges during project implementation Liaise with contractors consultants government authorities internal teams to ensure smooth project execution Maintain accurate project documentation system interface design document site construction drawing technical specifications Prepare detailed reports provide recommendations for improvements Be prepared to perform shift work Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required On-site work is required
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or a related field Relevant experience in railway engineering Proficiency in project management tools e.g Primavera MS Project Strong understanding of railway standards safety regulations Excellent communication interpersonal skills Strong analytical problem-solving abilities Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams Experience in LTA-MRT projects Knowledge of BIM Building Information Modeling tools Knowledgeable in Putty WinSCP Wireshark Communication protocol TCP/IP Modbus
