Are you a seasoned professional seeking a challenging role as a Railway Communication Project Manager? We are looking for an individual with excellent leadership skills and experience in managing large-scale railway communication projects. Your expertise will play a crucial part in ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating cross-functional teams and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Participate in presales activities and provide project management and technical leadership, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Technical Expertise: To succeed in this role, you will require in-depth knowledge of railway communication systems, including train-to-ground communication, CCTV, public address systems, PABX, Information Display Systems, and fibre-optic networks. You must also be able to ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

  • Your Skills:
  • Develop contingency plans and lead crisis management efforts as needed, maintaining a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives and deliverables, and act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.

Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field is required, along with 15 years of experience in managing large-scale railway communication projects. At least 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role is also necessary, with deep working knowledge of railway communication systems and technologies.
