Key Responsibilities- Financial Data Management
- Prepare commission spreadsheets and key in all accounting transactions into our MYOB accounting system
- Assist in preparing quarterly GST reports and weekly/monthly financial reports
- Administrative Support
- Handle partial sets of accounts (AP & AR), payroll, and other financial tasks
- Assist the admin team with business submissions to providers
- Perform general administrative work and ad-hoc duties
- Communication and Teamwork
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth financial operations
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve financial goals and objectives
- Education and Experience
- Candidate must possess at least GCE 'O' Level with basic accounting knowledge or 2-3 years of relevant working experience
- Skills and Abilities
- Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude
- Be able to work independently and be resourceful
- Well-organized with excellent time management, computer, and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledge of MYOB Accounting is an advantage
