Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Management
    • Prepare commission spreadsheets and key in all accounting transactions into our MYOB accounting system
    • Assist in preparing quarterly GST reports and weekly/monthly financial reports
  • Administrative Support
    • Handle partial sets of accounts (AP & AR), payroll, and other financial tasks
    • Assist the admin team with business submissions to providers
    • Perform general administrative work and ad-hoc duties
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth financial operations
    • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve financial goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Candidate must possess at least GCE 'O' Level with basic accounting knowledge or 2-3 years of relevant working experience
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Possess a willing-to-learn and proactive attitude
    • Be able to work independently and be resourceful
    • Well-organized with excellent time management, computer, and communication skills
    • Proficient in MS Office applications
    • Knowledge of MYOB Accounting is an advantage
