As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising building infrastructure projects and maintenance requirements, coordinating with relevant agencies to seek approval for building and infrastructure maintenance, and ensuring proper operation and execution of maintenance functions.

About the Role
The successful candidate will have a strong background in building/facilities management, with a proven track record of successfully managing and supervising building infrastructure projects and maintenance requirements. You will be a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines. You should also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise building infrastructure projects and maintenance requirements
• Coordinate with relevant agencies to seek approval for building and infrastructure maintenance
• Ensure proper operation and execution of maintenance functions
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on progress to management
• Provide guidance and support to junior members of the team as needed


Requirements and Qualifications
