Job Summary

The Events Administrative Executive is a key member of the events team at Raffles Hotel Singapore, responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth execution of events. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the events team, including preparing and sending sales proposals and contracts.
    • Ensure the accuracy of bookings and internal BEOs.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports and other documents as required.
  • Event Coordination
    • Work closely with the events team to coordinate events, including meetings, conferences, and weddings.
    • Ensure that all events are executed to a high standard, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Communication and Teamwork
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
    • Work collaboratively with the events team to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the hotel industry, preferably in Singapore.
  • Skills
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
