Retail Management Position

The Retail Supervisor role plays a crucial part in the success of our retail operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, store layout, and visual merchandising.
  • Assisting in planning and executing sales promotion activities to drive sales.
  • Conducting regular checks to ensure display merchandise is not expired and in good condition for sale.
  • Maintaining product catalogues for merchandise.
  • Executing customer order fulfillment, including management of in-store inventory.
  • Monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and managing replenishment.
  • Managing customer feedback and complaints to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Participating in stock-take and audits.
  • Covering retail assistant job duties when necessary.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma in Retail Studies, Marketing, Business or other related discipline.
  • Relevant years of experience in retail roles.
  • Those with experience in managing e-commerce business would have an added advantage.
  • A team player with good customer service skills.
  • Technology savvy and result-oriented.
