As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will respond to their enquiries, provide technical assistance and resolve any issues they may have.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. They will also have strong problem-solving skills and be able to think critically to resolve customer issues.

In addition to resolving customer issues, you will also be responsible for entering details of all interactions accurately in our interaction management system. This will enable us to track and monitor our performance and make improvements where necessary.
