- Infrastructure Strategy: Lead the design and modernization of financial market infrastructure (FMI), fostering innovation and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, regulators, financial institutions, and technology partners to ensure seamless communication and partnership.
- Risk & Compliance: Ensure operational resilience, cybersecurity, and adherence to international standards, safeguarding our organization's reputation.
- Project Leadership: Drive cross-functional projects related to digital currency initiatives and payment modernization, promoting growth and development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Information Systems, or related field, demonstrating academic excellence.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in central banking, financial infrastructure, or related domains, showcasing expertise and track record.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of monetary operations, payment systems, and financial market infrastructure, underpinning success in this role.
- Familiarity with central bank digital currencies (CBDC), distributed ledger technologies (DLT), and emerging fintech trends, ensuring adaptability and innovation.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships, delivering results-oriented outcomes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, facilitating effective collaboration and influencing.
