Subject Matter Expert in Central Bank Operations and Infrastructure

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a central bank expert. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing deep expertise on central bank operations including monetary policy implementation, liquidity management, reserve requirements, and settlement systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monetary Policy Implementation: Provide expertise on monetary policy implementation, including interest rates, money supply, and exchange rates.
- Liquidity Management: Develop and implement strategies for managing liquidity, including cash forecasting, collateral management, and securities lending.
- Reserve Requirements: Analyze and provide guidance on reserve requirements, including minimum reserve requirements, reserve ratios, and reserve reporting.
- Settlement Systems: Design and implement efficient settlement systems, including RTGS, CSD, and payment systems.
- Cross-Functional Projects: Lead cross-functional projects related to digital currency initiatives, payment modernization, and infrastructure upgrades.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in central bank operations and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have:
- A deep understanding of monetary policy implementation, liquidity management, reserve requirements, and settlement systems.
- Experience in leading strategic initiatives and advising on policy, systems, and processes related to central bank operations and financial market infrastructure.
