**Job Title:** Dialect Ministry Pastor

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and spiritually mature servant-leader to oversee the Lutheran Service of the Word and Sacrament, and provide pastoral ministry for the dialect-speaking members. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for shepherding God's flock and be able to effectively communicate with people from diverse backgrounds.

This role involves leading worship services, preaching regularly, and overseeing various aspects of the ministry, including fellowship and outreach events. The successful candidate will also be responsible for providing pastoral care and support to members, as well as training and equipping the Ministry Leadership Team.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A Diploma or Degree in theology or Biblical studies is preferred.
  • Several years of church ministry experience, preferably with a Hokkien-speaking congregation.
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to empathise with people's life experiences and handle conflicts sensitively.
  • Conversant in spoken and written Hokkien.
