Pastoral ministry is a call to serve, lead, and shepherd the flock of God. We are seeking an individual who can provide spiritual guidance and support to our members in their journey of faith.

Job Description

This role involves overseeing the Lutheran Service of the Word and Sacrament, as well as providing pastoral care for dialect-speaking members. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading worship services, preaching on a regular basis, and organizing fellowship events for members.

The role also involves working closely with other church leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive ministry plan that aligns with our congregation's vision and mission.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of Lutheran theology and practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with people at all levels
  • Good organizational and leadership skills
  • Conversant in spoken and written Hokkien
