Job Title: Robotics and Coding Trainer cum Curriculum Developer

At Stag Match Learning Centre Private Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Robotics and Coding Trainer cum Curriculum Developer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct physical enrichment training (Robotics and Coding) with children
  • Develop and implement effective training programs (online and offline)
  • Design and plan curriculum for online and offline programs
  • Prepare educational materials such as module summaries, videos, and other resources
  • Ensure attendance and other training records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement for training and curriculum
  • Monitor employee performance and response to training
  • Coordinate and supervise freelancer trainers' schedules
  • Provide prompt and insightful feedback to parents or stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of ICT-related (robotic & coding) or Maths
  • Able to communicate and PR with parents / stakeholders
  • Must be willing to travel branch to branch
  • Must be registered on IRS MOE
  • Must have prior experience in training children
  • Must have prior Coding or Robotics training with children
  • Minimum GCE A Level/Diploma in any discipline
  • Good communication skills and with an excellent command of English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proactive and with a positive mentality, creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as well as a team player
  • Able to lead the team and have good initiative
  • Prior operations and office administration experience preferred
  • Able to work under pressure
