Property Executive cum Facility Manager

We are seeking a seasoned property executive with expertise in facility management to oversee the day-to-day operations of our mall. As the appointed FSM, you will ensure compliance with fire safety and building regulations, manage vendor contracts and maintenance schedules, conduct regular site inspections, and support marketing events and customer service enhancement.

Requirements:
  • FSM certification is required.
  • Diploma in Building/Facilities Management or equivalent is preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in property management in a shopping mall/retail environment is necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, safety regulations, and tenant management is essential.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills are required.
Compensation:

The salary for this position ranges from $3,500 to $4,500.
