Job Title: Property Executive cum FSM

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced property executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the mall, including tenant coordination and facility management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building systems, safety regulations, and tenant management. They will also possess excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

  • Manage vendor contracts and maintenance schedules
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety and building regulations
  • Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on rectification works
Requirements:
  • FMS certified
  • Diploma in Building/Facilities Management or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in property management in a shopping mall/ retail environment
Benefits:

The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary of $3,500 to $4,500.
