Air Liquide Singapore Private Limited is the largest industrial gas company in South-east Asia.

With over S$1 billion in assets, we operate the largest network of air separation plants and gas production facilities serving various industries in Singapore.

Strategically located on more than 20 sites, our complete range of gases, produced under stringent quality control, are used in various applications.

Our Finance and Operations Control team oversees and analyzes the financial performance of the East Asia Pacific Cluster.

The newly created East Asia Pacific Cluster aims to leverage its expanded scope to contribute to faster growth, higher industrial and commercial performance, and efficient decision-making.

In close collaboration with business leaders, the EAP Operations Control team will play a key role in delivering results by monitoring short-term outcomes, modeling long-term strategic ambitions, and ensuring proper investment and resource allocation in alignment with the Group's strategic objectives.

The Operations Control team of the EAP cluster, where the VIE contract will be part, consists of one Operations Controller, one Investment Controller, and one Business Analyst working together under the responsibility of the Head of Ops Control.

Each team member works closely with business controllers from different countries within the cluster.

What can you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

In your position, you will be responsible for controlling the entire P&L of the East Asia Pacific Cluster composed of 12 countries and 4 business lines.

Your main mission will involve:

• Monthly review and analysis of business performance of the EAP cluster.
• Budget/Reforecast process coordination (EAP / AL Singapore).

These tasks will require coordination with various stakeholders involved in the process to enable smooth data consolidation in a short period, supporting business controllers from each country in their reporting, performing variance analysis, managing consistent performance reporting, analyzing results to explain trends, variations, and differences, suggesting corrective actions, etc.

As part of a continuous improvement objective, you will also be responsible for creating analyzes and reports development, implementation, and subsequent tracking of relevant Key Performance Indicators, process improvement between Finance Shared Service Center and local entities, challenging used tools, trying different views, further digitization of processes (Power BI), and other ad-hoc financial projects.

• Communication skills to exchange with various nationalities in EAP as well as with management.
