Job Title: Senior Tax Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • We handle corporate, personal income and GST tax compliance ensuring all financial aspects are well-managed.
  • Our team provides detailed advisory services to clients on navigating various tax regulations.
  • We prepare, review and e-file income tax returns for clients with precision and speed.
  • We respond to IRAS queries and draft objection letters for disputed assessments in a timely manner.
  • Our specialists advise on tax implications of business transactions including corporate and personal income tax, and GST to inform business decisions.
  • Support is provided with tax due-diligence and advising on projects like share swaps and business restructurings to ensure smooth operations.
  • We assist with GST MES renewal schemes and secure tax rulings or clarifications from IRAS to minimize issues.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or related field is required.
  • SCTP accreditation such as Accredited Tax Practitioner (ATP) in Income Tax is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in tax compliance and advisory is required preferably in public accounting or tax consulting environment.
  • Proficiency in Singapore tax regulations including corporate, personal income tax, GST and general tax compliance is essential.
