Facilities Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled facilities engineer to oversee and manage facility maintenance, operations, and energy management initiatives for our plant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and functionality of the facility to support operations.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of facility supervisors and technicians.
  • Create and execute maintenance schedules and protocols for plant facilities and equipment.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors for facility repairs and maintenance projects.
  • Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance requirements.
  • Introduce and execute the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program for plant facilities and equipment.
  • Ensure monitoring and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
  • Identify and address facility-related issues or concerns promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degrees in engineering disciplines are preferred.
  • Experience in facilities management, engineering, or related fields is essential.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
  • Knowledge of building systems and facility equipment maintenance is necessary.
  • Understanding of safety and regulatory standards is vital.
