Senior Business Process Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Manager to join our team. This is a key role that will involve managing business process improvements across the organization, working closely with stakeholders to identify and implement process changes that drive business growth and efficiency.
About the Role- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new business processes and improve existing ones.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and training programs to ensure consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans and goals for business process improvement.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement and develop reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and other external stakeholders as needed.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business process management, project management or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience with process mapping, process analysis and improvement methodologies (e.g. BPMN, Six Sigma).
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or related field.
