Media Rights Coordinator
Job Description:WTT is seeking a highly skilled Media Rights Coordinator to support the Director of Broadcast in managing, executing, and optimizing global media rights strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and organizational skills, with experience in sports broadcasting, media rights coordination, or event-based media operations.
Responsibilities:- Partner Servicing & Coordination: Act as a liaison between WTT and broadcast partners to ensure timely delivery of content and fulfillment of contractual deliverables.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track and compile broadcast performance data, including viewership, reach, and compliance with rights usage.
- Content Delivery & Scheduling: Oversee the distribution of live and non-live content to rights-holding broadcasters via WTT's media delivery platforms.
- Rights Management & Documentation: Maintain and update the media rights database, tracking all contractual obligations, territories, platforms, and rights windows.
- Operational Support: Assist in the planning and execution of broadcast operations during WTT events, including accreditation, logistics, and on-site coordination.
- Essential: Tertiary education in Media, Communications, Sports Management, or Marketing.
- Relevant experience in sports broadcasting, media rights coordination, or event-based media operations.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills for managing contractual obligations and partner deliverables.
- Ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders across internal teams (production, marketing, legal) and external partners.
- Working knowledge of media rights principles and the sports broadcast landscape.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for tracking data and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Flexibility to work during live event schedules, including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic team working on high-profile international sporting events. The role offers opportunities for growth and professional development, with access to training and mentorship programs.
