Training and Development Specialist

As a Training and Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in helping design and implement comprehensive training programs that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Programme Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to create engaging training sessions that align with organisational goals.
- Scheduling and Arrangements: Coordinate training schedules, bookings, and venue arrangements to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality training experiences.
- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of staff training and update databases accordingly.
- Material Preparation: Develop high-quality training materials and provide support to trainers during sessions.
- Administrative Support: Assist with feedback surveys, reports, and other learning and development (L&D) administrative tasks.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A Diploma in any discipline
- Relevant experience in training coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
