**Job Title:** Science Laboratory Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Science Laboratory Assistant. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our science laboratories, supporting teachers in preparing and setting up apparatus/materials for science classes, and communicating effectively with teachers to prepare items/apparatus/equipment for science practical examinations and training sessions.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of our science laboratories, ensuring all equipment and materials are properly stored and easily accessible.
- Assist teachers in preparing and setting up apparatus/materials for science classes, including sourcing relevant science multimedia, activity ideas, and resources.
- Liaise with external suppliers for regular maintenance of laboratory equipment, ensuring all necessary repairs and replacements are carried out promptly.
- Communicate effectively with teachers to prepare items/apparatus/equipment for science practical examinations and training sessions, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
**Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O-Level Certificate with 4 passes (including English) or equivalent.
**Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in maintaining science laboratories.
- Prior experience working in an educational environment is an asset.
