**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

  • Conduct thorough market analysis to stay informed about industry trends.
  • Develop a comprehensive portfolio of non-ferrous metals including copper, aluminum, brass, lead, and high nickel by driving sales efforts.
  • Pursue new markets through expertise and network expansion.
  • Source reliable suppliers from diverse channels.
  • Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and contracts with confidence.
  • Perform quality control inspections as necessary.
  • Understand stakeholder needs and align business objectives accordingly.
  • Establish and maintain long-term supplier relationships.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of contractual obligations and deliveries.
  • Support management and collaborate across teams.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and product training.
  • Maintain high standards and adhere to established SOPs.
  • A minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in metal scrap trading or a related field is required.
  • A bachelor's degree or MBA in sales, business, or a related area is preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills are essential.
  • Flexibility and a proactive work ethic are necessary.
  • Familiarity with SAP and MS Office tools is beneficial.
  • Willingsness to travel for business purposes is required.

Required Skills and Qualifications: A bachelor's degree or MBA in sales, business, or a related area. Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in metal scrap trading or a related field. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Familiarity with SAP and MS Office tools.
