Electronics Manufacturing Quality Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join our team. As a key member of the production process, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality standards are met in our electronics manufacturing operations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards and implement best practices.
  • Conduct regular quality control audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain quality plans and inspection criteria to meet ISO and regulatory standards.
  • Support Supplier Quality Assurance and incoming material inspections to ensure product integrity.
  • Participate in internal quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of quality documentation.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Manufacturing, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of quality control experience in electronics manufacturing or a similar environment.
  • Knowledge of SQA and audit processes (incoming, in-process, outgoing).
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 13485, 45001, and FDA standards.
  • Understanding of IPC-A-610 or equivalent PCB/assembly standards.
  • Exposure to quality control processes for plastic molding, die casting, metal stamping, or machining parts.

Preferred Skills:

  • IPC or Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in SAP QM, Minitab, or other quality/statistical tools.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and effective communicator across teams.
