Job Title: Electronics Manufacturing Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced electronics manufacturing specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for the assembly and testing of electronic devices from sub-components.

Your primary duties will include performing troubleshooting work on RF related products down to PCBA level, conducting box build and sub-assembly functional testing, and assembling and reworking PCBAs with SMT components.

You will also be responsible for building packaging for finished products, setting up and maintaining test stations to ensure quality production, and assisting engineers in building and testing prototypes, new products, processes, or procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Numerous Technician training certifications
  • Basic electronics, digital and components knowledge background
  • At least 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing
  • Hand soldering skills with 0402, QFP component sizes or above to rework PCB
  • Experience with BGA rework station is a plus
  • Proficient in reading circuit schematic diagrams
