Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the purchasing department, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of purchasing activities, from sourcing and RFQs to price negotiation and delivery follow-up.

  • Source and procure materials, components, and equipment based on MRP requirements.

  • Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable prices and terms.

  • Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

  • Oversee inventory management and review stocking rules periodically.

  • Collaborate with logistics partners to arrange shipments and track delivery status.

  • Analyze Bills of Materials (BOM) to identify cost or process improvements.

  • Prepare and update procurement reports in a timely manner.

  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or related industries.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

  • Ability to analyze BOMs and identify cost or process improvements.

  • Independent, proactive, and able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

  • A good team player with strong problem-solving skills and a positive work attitude.
