Job Title: Senior Finance Strategist">

The role of a Senior Finance Strategist is to provide expert financial advice and support to drive strategic initiatives that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of finance operations.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive finance strategies to achieve business objectives and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement innovative solutions to drive higher finance service standards.
  • Oversee and manage budget and resourcing strategies, including planning and coordinating budget exercises, performing budget utilization analytics, and providing programme evaluation support.
  • Coordinate and review Ministry Family level financial returns, including year-end statements and fees and charges returns.
  • Perform post-transaction analytics checks and review systems access rights.
  • Undertake ad hoc projects assigned as part of staff development.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications in Accountancy, Business, Finance or related discipline.
  • Preferably 3-5 years of relevant working experience. Related experience in the public sector is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Positive working attitude, meticulous and organized.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in data analytics and RPA software will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
