**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to macroeconomic and policy research across developed markets
- Support strategy formulation for interest rate and FX markets
- Track central bank actions, economic data, and market dynamics
- Help generate investment insights through structured analysis and reporting
- Collaborate across teams to support scenario planning and risk assessment

**What We’re Looking For**:
- **2-3 years**of experience in macro research, strategy, or economics
- Interest in developed market rates, with exposure to**Japan or the U.S.**preferred
- Strong analytical and written communication skills
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and desire to grow into a senior strategy role
- Familiarity with the investment process and policy landscape is a plus
