About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Finance Strategist to drive financial excellence across our organization. This individual will contribute to quality patient care as a key member of our Strategic Finance team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Closing Process Management: Ensure timely completion of month-end and year-end closing processes for our hospital and group.
  • Budget Review: Review budget variances and expense trends for our hospital and group.
  • Financial Reporting: Consolidate and prepare monthly and annual financial statements, statistics, and management reports with comparative and trend analysis.
  • Audit Management: Manage the annual audit process with external auditors and review corporate tax computations.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Staff Development: Lead and develop staff, setting clear goals and managing their career development.
  • Teamwork: Foster teamwork and maintain high team morale through effective leadership and mentorship.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in Accountancy or equivalent. Membership with professional bodies such as ISCA or ACCA is preferred. You should have at least 8 years' relevant experience in Business/Finance with at least 2 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity. Additionally, you should demonstrate experience in financial planning, group reporting, and variance analysis. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential. A collaborative team player with ability to work independently is required. Ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments and navigate challenging situations.
