At our organization, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Tester to join our team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in test program development for digital, PMIC, RF, and mixed-signal products on automated test equipment. They will work closely with design engineers to bring up test programs, debug digital vectors, and characterize devices across various environmental conditions.

This role requires a high level of collaboration and interaction with multiple engineering teams, including product engineering, design engineering, quality engineering, and foundry engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing test plans, implementing testing procedures, and analyzing results to identify areas for improvement.

We are looking for someone with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop test plans and implement testing procedures for digital, PMIC, RF, and mixed-signal products
  • Work closely with design engineers to bring up test programs and debug digital vectors
  • Characterize devices across various environmental conditions, including process, voltage, and temperature
  • Analyze results to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for yield enhancement
  • Collaborate with multiple engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of testing activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in test engineering
  • Hands-on experience with Teradyne Ultra Flex or Advantest 93K ATE
  • Good knowledge of analog and digital electronics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
